The Operations Partner Success Manager role is focused on ensuring the smooth operation and ongoing success of business partnerships by managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the partnership, including onboarding, performance tracking, issue resolution, and communication; with the primary goal of maximizing mutual value and achieving strategic goals through efficient processes and data-driven insights.
Operations Partner Success Manager Responsibilities:
- Partner Onboarding - Develop and execute a structured onboarding process for new partners and products as it relates to plan to deliver activities.
- Performance Monitoring - Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing potential issues.
- Issue Resolution - Act as the primary point of contact for partners regarding operational challenges, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly from plan to deliver, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations
- Process Improvement - Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline partner interactions and increase efficiency.
- Relationship Building - Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at partner companies, building trust and collaborating on mutual goals
- acting on behalf of the partner to the supply chain and on behalf of the supply chain back to the partner. Internal cross-functional partners include Sales, Logistics & Fulfillment, 3rd Party Logistics, Business Enablement Team, Order Management and more.
- Process Documentation - Responsible for creating and maintaining all documentation (playbooks) for various partnership models
- examples include "how to transition an account from direct to indirect" or "how to enter a new country".
- Partner Compliance - Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for all customer support models including Value Added Services (VAS), logistics agreements, and associated costs for continuous review of mutual profitability.

- Business Operations Experience - Business savvy, business sense, and broad business knowledge of business operations, sales processes, and partner management strategies as it relates to both vendor and partner supply chains, including similar roles with major retailers.
- Resilience - Experience of adapting to changes, driving impact across stakeholders, resourcefulness and high standards of quality, while ensuring business continuity.
- Project management - Examples of managing complex projects, ensuring milestones are effectively communicated and met across multiple teams.
- Customer Compliance Proficiency - Experience navigating EDI issues, labeling requirements and other order to deliver phases.
- Effective Communicator - Proven experience in successful negotiation and influencing in collaborative and deadline-focused environments with internal and external teams at all levels.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Oracle Fusion and WERC Smart and/or other Product Lifecycle (PLC) systems
