The Global Business Product Marketing (GBPM) team connects businesses with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger to help them grow their businesses through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and more. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business leveraging our solutions.The Business Marketing Technology team is a vital component of the organization, operating at the intersection of business, technology, and operations. This team plays a crucial role in helping marketers realize their vision and strategy by designing and implementing technologies that drive efficiency and performance on a large scale. The team is closely aligned with bottom-line business goals and has an understanding of technology ecosystems and platforms. This enables them to prioritize solutions, articulate business requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable results.The team's focus on innovation and impact ensures that they are constantly seeking new ways to improve marketing efforts and drive growth for the business. By leveraging their expertise in both marketing and technology, the Business Marketing Technology team develops and implements cutting-edge solutions that help the organization stay ahead of the competition.The role will involve high collaboration and communications with technical and non-technical audiences and familiarity with marketing campaigns via online channels such as Email, Ads, and in-product notifications.

Marketing Technology Manager, Business Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of martech project tech integrations by leveraging internal engineering teams and third-party tech partners, with a focus on campaign measurement and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing partners to ensure that campaign reporting is highly available and accurate, supporting their marketing objectives and goals.
  • Source, prioritize, and execute ideas that advance our measurement products
  • Develop requirements and obtain privacy approvals to ensure compliant integrations with our business needs and privacy guardrails.
  • Drive change management and martech education across the organization
  • Troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams and drive resolution to minimize business impact
  • Work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous and cross-functional environment to do all of the above
  • Proficiency in marketing KPIs and collaborating with Marketing partners to enhance visibility into campaign performance and attribution.
  • Capability to work across multiple marketing teams, prioritizing their requests while aligning with business goals.
  • Effectively translate business requirements to engineering teams.
  • Business acumen to identify and prioritize marketing use cases, with the execution discipline to deliver large projects end-to-end.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6+ years experience with product management or marketing analytics technology
  • Experience in B2B Marketing, working directly with Marketing, Data Science, Engineering and Operations teams to provide business cases and requirements
  • Experience launching or driving adoption of products, demonstrating knowledge of customer needs
  • Experience launching or driving adoption of campaign measurement products or applications demonstrating a knowledge of measurement needs
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (Email, Facebook Ads, Display, Onsite Merchandising, etc.)
  • Experience in integrating and measuring data across multiple first-party and third-party tools that power our marketing technology stack such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Data Warehouses, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience of B2B data relationships and how to measure marketing performance at various levels.
  • Experience with multiple Marketing Technology tools, data flows, and platform architectures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in digital marketing
  • Quantitative analytical experience
  • Experience working closely with privacy teams

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
