The Scaled Business Marketing (SBM) team connects businesses with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger to help them grow, through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and more. We succeed when we help our customers grow their businesses leveraging our solutions. The Marketing Audiences team sits within the Growth Marketing Delivery group (under SBM). We help realize the vision and strategy of marketers by designing and building audiences and measuring performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Besides marketing execution, we also partner closely with Business Marketing to identify areas of opportunity for marketing. We are searching for a Marketing Analyst who will enable the execution of marketing campaigns to deliver leads, and self-service recommendations to advertisers. This includes responsibility for marketing campaigns, analytics, execution (from target audience identification, opportunity sizing, audience creation, performance readouts and debugging), running experiments, and delivering actionable campaign insights.

Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:
- Design, analysis, and interpretation of projects from data requirement gathering to data processing, modeling, and recommendations
- Audience identification, and opportunity sizing for all channel marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain marketing signals and channel marketing triggers (logic which identifies when we send a particular email to a particular customer)
- Perform campaign performance analysis and create readouts (such as marketing metric performance, and the campaign's success)
- Debug, triage, and identify the right team to resolve the issues
- Identify opportunities for improvement through automation, streamlining processes and reducing campaign issues utilizing technology
- 6+ years of experience in an analytics role, business strategy, marketing, finance, engineering, or equivalent
- Experience leveraging data to deliver business value and present data-driven insights to business audiences
- Experience analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable solutions using advanced SQL skills
- Experience building cross functional relationships across a variety of functions to launch projects that drive business value
- Result-oriented self-starter with experience initiating and driving projects
- Communication and collaboration skills to engage with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders and different teams to deliver solutions efficiently
- Data-driven mindset, with degree in quantitative discipline like Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Operations Research or equivalent
- Experience with Business marketing landscape and/or online marketing and advertising
- Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
- Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling using the R or Python ecosystems, with packages such as pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn, tidyverse (dplyr, ggplot2, etc.)
- Experience shipping code into production and creating testable modular code

$124,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
