As a key player in the Recruiting Operations team, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of mid-funnel strategy, interviewer training, assessment operations, interview scheduling, and candidate experience.We're seeking a Strategic Leader to join our team, leveraging data-driven insights to build and execute a long-term mid-funnel strategy. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners, drive innovation, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve our hiring objectives.
Manager, Recruiting Operations Strategy Responsibilities:
- Interviewer Capacity Planning: Design and implement a long-term strategy for interviewer capacity, balancing supply and demand to optimize utilization.
- Short-Term Levers: Identify and execute on short-term solutions to address immediate demand, ensuring agility and responsiveness.
- Candidate Evaluation: Streamline and scale the candidate evaluation process, promoting consistency and fairness.
- Product Roadmap Collaboration: Develop product vision in partnership with our Recruiting Product to scale the midfunnel while improving the candidate and interviewer experience. Drive innovation and efficiency via the product roadmap.
- Team Leadership and Development: Mentor, guide, and support the career growth of your team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- Influential Leadership: Establish trusted advisor relationships with the Leadership community, influencing strategy and driving business outcomes.
- Data-Informed Decision Making: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions, leveraging data analytics and industry expertise.

- Education: BA/BS degree
- 8+ years of strategic planning, operations, or management consulting experience
- 3+ years of managing an analytics strategy or team, delivering strategic recommendations
- 4+ years' experience managing, coaching, and developing a team
- Proven track record of navigating fast-paced environments
- Advanced Education: MBA/MA/MS or equivalent work experience in a field emphasizing data analysis, display, or reporting (e.g., computer science, math, engineering, economics, statistics, organizational psychology)
- Industry Expertise: Experience in a related field, such as talent acquisition, human resources, or management consulting
