We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated program management leader to join our strategic channels team. In this role you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, executive level communication and influence, and a proven track record of delivering results.The Strategic Channels organization drives growth and efficiency across Meta's most strategic channels, including Meta Communications Platform, Web Platform and Mobile Identity. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across a broad and varied scope, driving user growth while generating large-scale cost efficiencies for the company. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to improve systems that reach billions of users across the globe.

Manager, Program Management (Product Growth) Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team across a broad and varied scope covering quick promotions operations, web program management and mobile identity program and financial operations
  • Build and manage external relationships with key strategic vendors
  • Develop and execute program strategies that enable our team to move quickly on business priorities at scale
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Enable execution on high-impact projects by building cross-functional relationships, driving clarity on goals, and implementing collaborative solutions
  • Define and manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact execution timelines
  • Communicate program status, progress, and changes to stakeholders, including executive leadership and customers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to your team members across three distinct product areas
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience working in a program management or operations management role
  • 5+ years of experience as a people manager, including experience coaching, mentoring and supporting team members with career development
  • Experience in a program management or operations role relating to product, marketing, advertising or growth
  • Experience in financial operations and budget management
  • Experience working with a large, global technology company
  • Experience effectively collaborating across a variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common product goals
  • Experience delivering complex programs on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Experience communicating with and influencing VP-level leadership
  • Demonstrated experience thinking strategically, making informed decisions, and solving complex problems
  • Experience communicating data driven product insights to influence leadership direction
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics or related field
  • Experience working as a cross-functional manager within a fast-paced, ambiguous, start-up environment

$172,000/year to $241,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
