Meta is looking for an Operations leader to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. PDO provides data and insights that power machine learning and AI, at the core of all Meta products. As a Manager on the PDO team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers to supply product teams critical data and data labeling for Meta's AI-powered products. You will work closely with Meta product and engineering teams to deliver on Meta's product roadmap.
Manager, Product Data Operations (PDO) Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver high quality data quickly to our product partners
- Build effective, collaborative cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Operations Partnerships, Legal, and Privacy, among other teams
- Elevate the quality of service delivery to product teams leveraging operational best practices
- Proactively identify and improve operational efficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Help establish team goals and work with multiple stakeholders on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and reporting results

- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in consulting, operations, project management or other related experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience prioritizing and ensuring key initiatives move forward, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and working in a deadline driven environment
- Experience building, optimizing, and scaling programs
- Strategy consulting or related experience building and executing product strategy
- Experience building and driving initiatives in an evolving environment with fast-moving technologies
- AI or ML development experience

$143,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
