Meta is looking for an Operations leader to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. PDO provides data and insights that power machine learning and AI, at the core of all Meta products. As a Manager on the PDO Family of Apps team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers to supply product teams with critical data and data labeling for Meta's labeling products. You will work closely with Meta product and engineering teams to deliver on Meta's product roadmap. We are looking for an extremely entrepreneurial leader to help innovate and execute in this dynamic space.
Manager, Product Data Operations Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver data and labels to product and engineering teams in the Family of Apps space
- Build strong, collaborative cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Operations Partnerships, Legal, and Privacy, among other teams
- Identify and initiate opportunities for new projects or focus areas for the Family of Apps team
- Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team
- Utilize strategic tools, systems, and data to help the team analyze trends and deliver insights to define goals and improve processes

- 10+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or project management
- Experience prioritizing and ensuring key initiatives move forward, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and working in a deadline driven environment
- People management experience
- Experience building, optimizing and scaling programs and teams
- Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces
- Experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields
- Technical fluency to understand, communicate and drive impact in highly technical and fast-moving problem spaces

$143,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
