Meta is looking for a Manager, GenAI Operations to join the GenAI Operations Team. This role acts as a connection point between leadership and execution and will play a significant role in driving the GenAI team's rhythm of business, streamlining operations, aligning initiatives, and driving cross-functional collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity to scale business rhythms and operations across GenAI. As an Operations Manager, you'll partner with leadership across GenAI, and embed with Product Management to help ensure operational soundness across the organization. Partnering closely with the GenAI Product team, you'll develop a comprehensive understanding of our product strategy. Key program focus areas could include: managing leadership review forums, tracking key company level deliverables, tracking and communicating progress to the organization, driving business rhythms, and annual budget planning process and ongoing headcount management.

Manager, GenAI Operations Responsibilities:
  • Drive internal initiatives and ensure progress on priority work streams
  • Partner with and influence leadership to build programs and processes that enable teams to make decisions and collaborate efficiently and effectively across GenAI and the company
  • Own and operate parts of the GenAI team rhythm of business and executive meetings including but not limited to: agenda, follow-up actions, notes, etc.
  • Work across teams to prepare briefings and pre-reads for internal and external meetings, as well as coordinate follow-ups
  • Partner with GenAI team EAs on scheduling, logistics and overall operations management for GenAI product leadership
  • Leverage cross-functional relationships to drive company-wide touch-points and leadership processes.
  • Become a trusted advisor and thought partner to key GenAI leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years experience with project management, strategy, management consulting, research, or operations
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working directly with management as well as people at all levels, including executive and C-suite level, both inside and outside of a company
  • Experience with building presentations in Keynote and/or PowerPoint and compiling briefing materials
  • Experience operating autonomously and in a highly organized fashion to track top organization priorities, identify efficiencies and drive alignment across teams
  • Experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities
  • Experience navigating business structures while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Experience shifting seamlessly between thought partnership and smaller daily tasks
  • Experience influencing across large, complex organizations
  • Project management and communications (long and short-form) experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Degree or MBA

$145,000/year to $204,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
