In this role, you will be responsible for fostering key relationships across Global Operations, Scaled Operations, product, and engineering teams to align our emerging learning and knowledge management technologies strategy with product and program roadmaps. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with Meta's learning, operations, and engineering teams to shape strategy and implement large-scale learning and performance support tech solutions. Your primary objective will be to identify and implement technical solutions that optimize the learner's experience, ultimately driving improved human performance and operational efficiency within the supporting learning and knowledge management function.This role will leverage the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance efficiency, boost productivity, and foster innovation within their work domain. You will be expected to proactively explore and implement diverse AI use cases, leading to substantial improvements in their projects and operational processes.

Learning Technology Architect Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape strategy and implement learning and performance support for technical solutions at scale
- Identify and implement technical solutions to optimize the learner experience.
- Develop and implement strategies that ensure seamless integration of AI training tools with human learning processes, fostering an environment where both can thrive.
- Innovate, select and implement the frameworks, methodologies, and tools to optimize Global Operations Learning and Knowledge Management tech strategy and learners' experience
- Maintain nuanced knowledge of learning sciences and remain abreast of industry best practices as well as innovations in technology (AI, Metaverse, Machine Learning, RPA) and shares this knowledge with team members
- Demonstrate a bias for execution while maintaining a tactical approach focused on future growth
- Understanding of key principles and concepts related to current and emerging trends in learning and performance support technology
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- 6+ years of experience implementing learning technologies at scale (Learning Management System, Learning Content Management System, Learning Experience Platforms, Learning Record Store, Chatbots)
- 6+ years of experience in a learning and knowledge management function
- Demonstrated experience of learning sciences, learning and knowledge management technologies
- Proven track record of implementing learning strategies and technologies that enhance human performance and optimize operational efficiency
- Demonstrated experience in product analysis and building skills
- Demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple teams and functions, and in translating technical terminology in order to drive understanding and buy-in from a varied range of stakeholders
- Possess a continuous learning thought process with a focus on tactical execution
- Possess a unique blend of global-minded awareness, process-oriented thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and openness to working across multiple functions
- Experience as a product analyst and builder with an understanding of current and emerging trends in learning technology (including AI, Metaverse, digital learning, knowledge management, and learning measurement)
- MBA or Master's in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, or related field
- Experience with policy-related or customer service training

$115,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
