Meta seeks a highly motivated team player to join a team of attorneys responsible for handling and leading privileged internal investigations on matters relating to anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, securities and corporate fraud.
Lead Counsel, Special Investigations Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage internal investigations implicating potential Code of Conduct issues as well as legal risk relating to corruption, fraud, AML, privacy, trade law and competition.
- Retain and manage outside counsel relating to investigation matters
- Ensure investigations result in remediations that maintain a culture of compliance
- 3+ years of investigations experience
- J.D. or equivalent and membership in at least one U.S. State Bar
- Experience in working with cross functional teams to address complex legal challenges

$167,000/year to $233,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
