We're looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join the Global Agency Team (GAT), which supports Internal Communications in three areas: Change Management and special projects, Internal Strategic Response, and Internal Communications. This role will primarily support change management and strategic communications for special projects, developing and activating strategies that help employees navigate change while engaging key stakeholders throughout. They will work with colleagues to craft change communications strategies and plans, and be a partner to cross-functional teams through various projects, which could include reorganizations across the company, major announcements, company-wide events, organization change programs, or regional initiatives. This individual will be responsible for change communications and how effective communications shape employee experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, colleagues, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality work. They will manage multiple complex projects concurrently and adapt to shifting deadlines.

Internal Communications Manager, Change Management Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and execute internal change communications strategies, that support various types of projects including companywide events, major announcements, reorganizations, organization change programs, and regional initiatives.
- Create content and execute tactics that align with project strategies, and effectively reach audiences with the right information through the right channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, which could include representatives from various Organizations, Legal, HR, Finance, and broader Communications and Public Affairs to ensure alignment on project and messaging needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both within Communications and throughout the Company.
- Develop proficiency with internal communications platforms and channels to effectively advise stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Understand and apply our data measurement and analysis strategies to assess impact of project work and guide communications best practices.
- 6+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or change management.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience developing and drafting communications turning complex information into relevant, timely and valuable content for diverse audiences.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze and utilize data to improve internal communications.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple complex projects and work streams end to end.
- Demonstrated experience of adapting to changing priorities and deadlines, prioritizing work, and planning time effectively.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and impactful work.
- Experience working on time-sensitive initiatives.
- Experience developing and executing effective change communications strategies.
- Experience in the technology industry whether directly or via advisory work.
- Experience managing internal communications for a globally distributed and hybrid workforce (remote and in-person).
- High attention to detail, aptitude for prioritization, confidence in taking risks and thinking outside the box.

$116,000/year to $170,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
