The team collaborates closely with product, engineering, legal/policy, law enforcement and non-governmental organization partners around the world to combat issues including sexual exploitation (child / adult) and human exploitation on our platforms. You will work directly with our cross-functional team (engineering, product, etc.), as well as all of the teams within Global Operations, to execute against our global safety operations and processes.This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material (i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, animal abuse, self-injury and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing).

Integrity Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and enable a high-performing team to deliver on goals by providing superb 1:1 support, and enabling scalable solutions
- Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team
- Help shape team strategy and vision, establish team goals and work with direct reports and leaders across the organization on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results
- Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy and product improvements
- Effectively zoom in and out to address near term business needs as well as setting a long-term strategy for integrity efforts
- Build strategic relationships with global and cross-functional partners to drive improvements to the community support experience
- Communicate process, policy and product concepts effectively to leadership, business and cross-functional partners
- Work with potentially graphic and objectionable content
- 6+ years of experience working in operations, domains such as online operations, informational systems, compliance, risk management, policy, legal operations or management consulting
- 2+ years of experience in people management or leadership
- Demonstrated experience influencing across functional boundaries and/or globally
- Analytical and problem-solving experience
- Experience working with potentially graphic and objectionable content
- Experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Investigations
- BA/BS degree or higher

$116,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
