Meta's Enterprise Engineering (EE) Department is seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Solutions Manager with experience in developing strategies and programs to join our Enterprise Infrastructure & Security Team.In this role, you'll create and scale programs that deliver reliable and innovative infrastructure solutions for services leveraged by the entire company. You'll be accountable for driving prioritization, program and project development, and investment decisions that scale Meta's Enterprise. This unique role is embedded closely with multiple engineering teams, where you will be a key driver of piloting new technologies. You'll be responsible for driving recommendations to executive leadership, ensuring delivery via implementation and cross-functional program engagement, and ensuring that the planning and execution process continuously improves.

Infrastructure Solutions Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive alignment of various verticals within Enterprise Engineering and beyond to achieve organizational-level goals
- Develop and execute strategies that focus on driving improvements in operational efficiency, cost, resource utilization, deployment times, and reliability
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, business, operations, and finance organizations to drive alignment against both short and long-term strategy
- Work in a very fast-paced and iterative technical environment with infrastructure engineering and product teams, ensuring execution of evolving program goals
- Use technical judgement to drive new project evaluations, strategic and technological reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus
- Proactively identify and analyze complex, long-term, critical infrastructure problems with Enterprise Engineering leaders and stakeholders
- Bring clarity and transparency to every program aspect through clear communications, presentations, metrics and KPI reporting that answer critical questions and provide the right level of data
- Own the communications strategy for large-scale infrastructure programs, which includes executive updates, detailed project and program briefs, and status updates
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management or solutions architecture experience
- Experience in enterprise infrastructure and application development
- Experience quickly synthesizing large amounts of information into actionable plans
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership
- Experience communicating effectively across business and technical teams
- Experience thinking multiple steps ahead and taking proactive steps to address roadblocks, issues, and distractions
- Experience leading without expressed authority, influencing decisions and outcomes
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- PMP or ITIL certified
- Experience deploying solutions both on-premise and cloud enterprise solutions including hardware capacity planning where needed

$157,000/year to $218,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
