We are seeking an experienced program manager to join our dynamic Monetization Incentives team. For Monetization Incentives, our mission is to translate Meta priorities into impactful growth programs that drive optimal performance for Clients, Agencies and Partners and incremental revenue for Meta. As Program Manager, your role is to ensure a coherent connection between product priorities, Go-To-Market and Incentives. You will be responsible for incentive planning for nascent product areas where the Enterprise Go-To-Market is still being defined. You will also be responsible for overarching planning & coordination for all business messaging incentive related work-streams across audiences. As a Program Manager, you will work across several teams from Sales, Partnerships, Product, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and other cross-functional groups. You will be a thought leader on incentives for business messaging and any product areas that have an Enterprise GTM motion.

Incentives Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop program development process to scope, prioritize, develop, socialize, refine, launch, and manage new and/or update existing incentives in the near future
- Collaborate with cross functional resources in developing and updating programs, critical business policies/processes
- ensure incentives are supported with robust data infrastructure and reporting
- Create a framework for opportunity sizing, channel prioritization and portfolio management for incentives
- Provide and socialize program updates with cross functional leadership
- Ensure incentives are measured consistently and conduct ongoing reviews to ensure current & new incentives are performing optimally and are aligned to product and audience strategy
- Become influential thought leader and partner to both immediate and adjacent program and cross functional leaders. Represent and own programs, with cross functional partners
- Own and maintain cross-functional relationships to build alignment, joint planning, goaling, prioritization, and execution across key stakeholders
- 6+ years of proven sales and partner program management experience in an B2B enterprise SaaS/Cloud/AI environment
- Experience in designing and managing revenue generating programs and commercial incentives
- Experience synthesizing strategic insights and complex problem-solving
- Experience using complex datasets strategically to create improvements, provide practical business insights and persuade others
- Proficient in all aspects of managing a global channel partner program including strategy, profit & loss, and partner program automation applications
- Extensive experience in structuring and maintaining complex strategic relationships with internal teams and operate effectively at all levels of an organization - from VP level to individual contributors
- Demonstrated experience as a leader of change, achieving operational rigor through establishing cross-functional relationships in a highly dynamic environment
- Extensive experience with communication, organization, and working on multiple projects
- Experience in being a member of globally operating organizations within a matrix structure
- MBA or graduate degree in an analytical field

$126,000/year to $178,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
