We are looking for a Head of Games Growth and Monetization with extensive games experience to spearhead our Third Party Games consulting strategy and help shape the future of the Metaverse Economy for thousands of developers and creators in our ecosystem.

Head of Games Growth and Monetization Responsibilities:

  • Work with key stakeholders to build, educate and empower developers within the Meta Quest and Horizon Worlds ecosystem to drive best practices on engagement and monetization systems for their titles
  • Build programs and advise on free to play and live service systems that create long term relationships with consumers
  • Analyze and provide recommendations to improve retention and monetization in third party developers' titles
  • Work with developers and key stakeholders to build title-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and provide guidance and recommendations to ensure titles will achieve their goals
  • Lead the roadmap definition, development, and end-to-end execution of key projects with a team of world-class engineers, data scientists, researchers, and other cross functional experts
  • Partner closely with a diverse set of stakeholders across internal and external teams to build tools and capabilities that support consulting activities in the organization
  • Work with developers to build out system designs, features and roadmaps to achieve title goals
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management designing and operating live games
  • Experienced leveraging data visualization tools to build narratives
  • Experienced tackling ambiguous problems and forming structured solutions with tradeoffs
  • Experienced working and influencing effectively cross-functionally and building relationships across teams, including people outside the direct reporting chain
  • Experienced managing expectations and communicating effectively with leadership
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experienced in building digital economies, designing systems and/or monetization models in high profile gaming titles/franchises
  • Experienced operating successful live titles as a product or business unit lead
  • Experienced working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and successfully executing against strategic goals
  • Proven communication skills, both internally and with partners translating insight into content, create slides or presentations and create overall communication plans
  • Experienced taking ownership over mass-market consumer product experiences
  • Games industry experience with a focus in live services
  • Experienced shipping Mobile Games and/or AR/VR experiences

$154,000/year to $217,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
