Meta's Global Client & Agency (GCA) team includes a portfolio of the world's largest companies and agencies integrating the communities, solutions and technologies of the Meta family of apps to meet their business goals. The Global Solutions Partner (GSP) role provides a unique opportunity to work with the world's largest global advertisers: leading key global relationships and work streams with the client and agency teams, providing in-depth platform and product knowledge, media and measurement strategy and identifying innovative and revenue driving opportunities.
Global Solutions Partner Responsibilities:
- Partner with Global Client Lead on strategic roadmapping and global business plan implementation across client & agency relationships at all levels. Focus includes revenue acceleration, driving Product Solution adoption and best practices, and managing co-investment bonus for the partnership.
- Develop media best practices, strategy, & measurement learnings and optimization for the partnership.
- In partnership with Marketing Science, lead the global Learning Agenda and ensure alignment and scale throughout Meta and Client organization.
- Have a robust understanding of Meta Products and Solutions and analyze data and insights to guide strategy and adoption.
- Partner with regional and local sales teams to ensure all teams are aligned on the account priorities and provide the highest service levels to the clients and agencies.
- Support knowledge exchange across the account with clients and with Meta's cross-functional, global, regional and local teams.
- Partner with XFNs including Marketing Science, Product, Solutions Engineering, Creative Shop and other organizations within Meta.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and media agency partners and their teams.
- Develop best-in-class capability building programs at the client and the agency that empower regions and local markets to drive optimal solution adoption at scale.

- 6+ years of experience in technical field, marketing or media.
- Success in this position requires a consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, technical product knowledge, curiosity, cross-functional leadership, leading across all levels with clients and agencies and delivery against tight deadlines.
- Experience leading multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience with Excel, advanced skills in analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
- Problem solving experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams with experience influencing clients and internal partners.
- Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends.
- BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field.
- Experience as a Meta user and knowledge of Meta's ad products.

$85,000/year to $126,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
