Meta Reality Labs is seeking a experienced analyst with a strategic mindset and data-driven approach to define and drive the end-to-end execution of complex operational initiatives, leveraging expertise in optical operations and program management. The Prescription (Rx) Product Operations team plays a critical role in launching new prescription products, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and effective market entry, while also establishing efficient operational processes that support long-term product success. We are a dynamic and innovative team that works closely with cross-functional partners to identify and resolve issues, optimize processes, and drive business growth.The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the optical industry, including prescription optical products, regulatory requirements, and product development processes. This role will be responsible for leading complex plans to expand prescription product sales across multiple channels and geographies, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Rx product operations initiatives, ensuring successful execution across various workstreams and business areas.

Global Sales Operations - Rx Operations Lead Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that include defining operational processes, developing Rx sales requirements, establishing metrics to measure success, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with external partners to gather feature-level requirements, informing business strategy, roadmap planning, and sizing efforts.
  • Maintain an understanding of product roadmap and go-to-market strategies to inform and shape the operational strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Support the expansion of prescription product sales into new international markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and adapting strategies to meet market needs.
  • Monitor and report program progress, manage project risks, action items, and resolve issues with cross-functional teams by identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitate decision reviews on open process design and business models across teams, documenting decisions and impacts to requirements, and ensuring alignment with program goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, product marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective program execution, and to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Manage all Rx sales operational communications, including project and program updates, and key decisions to ensure transparency and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide support for strategic partnerships, including contract management, partner relationship management, and issue resolution, to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success, providing insights and recommendations for improvement, and ensuring business goals are met.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, retail and/or health care operations
  • Experience managing complex programs and delivering results across various business areas
  • Experience in the optical industry, prescription products, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience collaborating and managing relationships with external vendors and partners
  • Experience working and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working independently and adapting in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience in the multi-channel sales space for consumer hardware/software.
  • Experience establishing business operations in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience working with consumer electronics channels and optical retailers

$159,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
