Global Business Group EMEA is looking for a Business Lead to support the VP of GBG in EMEA. You will be responsible for supporting and driving the success of the organisation and its leadership teams. Key responsibilities include; driving internal business operations (e.g. meeting preparation and management; managing the preparation for a variety of internal and external meetings and events including presentations, press and panels, briefing and content development; project coordination; org engagement; leadership communication; regional and global stakeholder management, and also involvement in strategic projects and initiatives that involve functions across both Product and Business teams.As a successful Business Lead, you will be organised, strong in project management, have excellent communication skills, and be able to connect the dots and shift seamlessly between strategic counsel and daily execution. You will be a team-player and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment navigating expectations and demands from teams and stakeholders across the company.

Global Business Group EMEA - Business Lead Responsibilities:
  • Orchestrate business rhythm by partnering with other Executive Business Leads, Admins, Internal and External Communications, and Sales Operations to help manage company calendar
  • Collaborate with revenue and client operations teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of the business rhythm plan (e.g. orchestration of sales priorities & focus areas)
  • Continuously improve the business rhythm plan to meet the evolving needs of a fast-paced sales environment
  • Manage prep timelines for global travel commitments
  • Drive revenue growth through planning, orchestrating and driving business-related and revenue-generating projects, programs, initiatives and activations as well as coordinate their execution across the region, with regional and global counterparts and XFN leaders (e.g. MPA, CRM/ OSMaP/ DCMP)
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess urgency and importance of initiatives, enabling informed decision-making and optimized resource allocation centered around the region's most substantial growth opportunities
  • Jump in as needed to trouble-shoot, unlock or advance key business issues, crises or reputational issues (e.g. Frauds/ Scams, customer service escalations)
  • Coordinate all aspects of leadership engagement with internal and external partners, such as client visits, industry events, press and speaking engagements and activities
  • Work across teams to prepare briefings and coordinate research for meetings with partners and key leaders (e.g. identify goals and talking points, provide background on attendees, etc.) and coordinate follow-up
  • Leverage cross-functional relationships to drive company-wide touch-points and leadership processes, including internal communications (i.e. Q&A's, All-Hands, posts and emails)
  • Coordinate the Head of Office role (London) through overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the VP office, ensuring a productive, inclusive, and enjoyable work environment. Coordinate and support various initiatives driving employee engagement, and community development
  • Provide strategic advice as key thought partner and strategic problem solver to the VP and their leadership team on planning, prioritization and stakeholder management aspects of running the EMEA Sales business
  • Synthesize complex content and quantitative data sets to distill key themes, uncover problems and opportunities that contribute to key insights and recommendations on how to effectively prioritise focus, time and resources across the region.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience working directly with leadership as well as people at all levels of an organisation
  • 8+ years experience with project management, strategy, management consulting, operations, or related field
  • Experience managing projects, change initiatives, or work streams that involve multiple stakeholders
  • Experience managing ambiguity and adjusting to shifting priorities
  • Experience managing budgets and enhancing the operating rhythm of an organization
  • Experience with presentation building software (e.g. PowerPoint, Keynote), Project Management and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau)
  • Excellent business English
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Experience with Sales and Monetization Products and solutions
  • Experience working directly with executive and C-suite level employees, both inside and outside of a company
  • Experience compiling briefing materials
