The Global Audience Marketing Team is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as a Global Audience Strategy Lead for Agencies and Partners. In this role, you will develop and execute global audience strategies that maximize value for customers and enhance marketing impact for our business. You will collaborate with leaders across product, sales, data science, marketing insights, and cross-functional marketing teams to cultivate an in-depth understanding of audiences and identify growth opportunities where marketing can drive the most impact.Audience Strategists have knowledge of a broad client set; from established global brands, large agencies and third-party partners, to regional disruptors or independent agencies. Understanding, engaging, and influencing the multiple touch-points a business has across Product, Sales, Marketing, and the ecosystem of third party partners, is a must. This highly collaborative role requires a thorough understanding of global and integrated marketing strategy, measurement methodologies and go-to-market execution across scaled and direct marketing channels.

Global Audience Strategy Lead, Agencies & Partners Responsibilities:
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop comprehensive audience insights and corresponding market strategies for Large Advertiser, Agencies and Partner audiences.
- Identify marketing growth opportunities by leveraging client, sales, and product feedback.
- Develop and execute audience segmentation strategies across marketing channels and support opportunity sizing and addressability across channels.
- Define measurable goals that align with broader marketing objectives and partner with data-science to drive annual measurement plans and learning agenda.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to optimize marketing impact.
- Synthesize complexity and Influence cross-functional stakeholders and leaders towards alignment on global strategies and implementation
- Continuously refine strategy based on performance insights and market trends.
- Design & represent quarterly global strategy progress, learnings & performance insights with Executive Leadership
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, growth marketing, or marketing analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Expertise in integrated marketing channels, audience targeting, and measurement
- Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Proven experience defining and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth
- Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the experience influencing executive stakeholders
- Proven communication skills
- Experience translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies
- Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or sales operations
- Experience working with or for a top Global Agency or Third Party Partner (supporting Large Advertisers)
- Extensive experience working across global markets and organizations

$180,000/year to $252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
