Meta is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. PDO provides data and insights that power machine learning and AI at the core of all Meta products. As a Project Manager on PDO, you are responsible for managing data labeling and annotation programs end-to-end, working cross-functionally to improve existing data labeling and annotation projects, proactively surfacing insights and providing recommendations for product improvement, and actively engaging with colleagues and partners to enhance operational processes across the organization. - Manage multiple data annotation and labeling projects end-to-end, including working with Researchers, vendors, and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Own project success metrics and timelines
- Help establish team goals and work with multiple stakeholders on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and reporting results
- Identify opportunities to improve operations and tooling and implement scalable solutions
- 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative
- Communication, presentation, and project management reporting experience
- Experience analyzing and solving problems
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with data annotation / labeling for AI
- Experience in consulting, product strategy, and/or building operations 0 to 1 to 100
- Experience with SQL and / or advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
