We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Compliance Operations Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for executing operational monitoring, root cause analysis, and solutioning to improve workflow design and process architecture. This role will also involve innovating and leading automation and AI solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Financial Compliance Operations Associate Responsibilities:

  • Execute Operations Monitoring, RCA, and Solutioning
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Volumes, Handling Time, Escalation Rates..
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to address them.
  • Improve Workflow Design and Process Architecture
  • Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement new workflows and processes to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve customer experience.
  • Drive Innovation and Automation Solutions
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and implement automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions to complex problems
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in financial compliance operations or related field
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools/Knowledge of automation tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with artificial intelligence solutions
  • SQL proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
