You will be joining the Meta Finance and Business Planning team that supports the General & Administrative (G&A) functions and is responsible for core Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) operations. This G&A FP&A Cross Team role will own all core FP&A operational deliverables, and be responsible for continuously improving the quality, standardization, and automation of these processes. Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer are the primary supporting focus, and overtime, this individual will gain invaluable experience in other G&A areas. You will work alongside the business partner-facing Vertical Team, and be supported by onshore FP&A COE and offshore BPO analysts. Successful candidates for this role need to bring finance, accounting or business analytics core skills.

Finance Associate, General & Administrative Financial Planning & Analysis Responsibilities:
- Own the monthly close process, from accrual and reclass review, to variance analysis, to ensure close is accurate.
- Meet all internal financial reporting requirements, including headcount, Payroll, Operating Expenses (Opex) and Capital Expenditures (Capex).
- Build budget and long range planning to meet company targets.
- Manage quarterly forecast to meet accuracy goals and execute finance operational tasks (PR and Headcount approval etc.)
- Utilize analytical skills to build accurate models for high complexity projects.
- Lead Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) analysts to deliver all finance operational tasks based on Desired Task Profiles (DTPs). Review and sign-off on their work output. Provide process improvement suggestions and scalable solutions to optimize deliverables.
- Meet regularly and work directly with the Vertical team to provide complete financial support to Business Partners, understand work intake, and review work output for a total team success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Enterprise Engineering, Source-to-Pay, HR and Mission Control.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or equivalent
- 4+ years of work experience in finance, accounting or business analytics field
- Experience learning new systems/tools and proactively seek opportunities to create operational efficiencies with existing processes
- Experience building working relationships with other finance teams from different locations
- Detail oriented, solve problems, understand priorities, can handle workload and complete tasks on time
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Experience in Oracle Planning, Hyperion Planning, or equivalent
- Experience in communication through various forms, including text and conversation
- MBA or CPA
- Proficient in SQL and Tableau

$92,000/year to $135,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
