Events range from in-person, hybrid and virtual and the audience includes C-Level, Advertising, Consumer, Creator, and Developer for Industry thought leadership events, Meta hosted and owned, large-scale Ad Industry experiential events, and virtual events of all sizes.

Experiential Marketing Manager, North America Responsibilities:
  • Project manage and produce flawless virtual, hybrid and in-person events across North America, with potential international events, in close cooperation with external agencies and Internal Meta stakeholders - on time and within budget
  • Manage and maintain relationships with internal Meta stakeholders, including offering support from the Global Experiential and Industry Marketing team
  • Work closely with the Global Experiential and Industry Marketing team's global and cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for event messaging, campaigns, and product launches
  • Create and evolve experiences that showcase emerging technologies, consistently enhancing programs, and bringing new ideas to the table
  • Source and manage suppliers, agencies and platforms to ensure compliance
  • Work closely with the privacy and sourcing team for finance, procurement and producing legal documents for events
  • Travel regularly when needed (up to 50% of the time) for site inspections and events in North America, some international travel and event management is required
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience working in an event management role
  • Experience across key audiences - brand, agency, consumers, creators and developers
  • Experience managing or working for event agencies
  • Demonstrated project management, communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated experience in experiential production
  • Experience managing events in North America
  • Proven experience working collaboratively and juggling competing priorities
  • Expertise in attendee registration and CRM platforms such as SplashThat and Salesforce
  • Expertise on virtual event hosting platforms such as Zoom
  • Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree, or equivalent, in related field
  • User of the Meta platform and its suite of apps and services

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
