This role will focus on creating and executing strategies to deliver training and enablement to commercial sales channel partners and internal sales teams selling our Reality Labs work and education solutions. As these products and the ecosystem continue to evolve and advance with the potential to reshape the ways we work and learn, the need to deliver clear and engaging enablement becomes even more important. EMEA Sales Training Lead, Commercial Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of training and enablement programs for channel partner teams, and internal sales teams, ensuring that they are equipped to sell effectively and meet company goals. Foster outcome based relationships with partners to ensure successful program adoption and long-term success.
- Conduct sales training sessions, both virtually and in person, ensuring consistent, efficient, and engaging delivery.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and scope training requirements for all Reality Labs work and education products.
- Work closely with internal Go-To-Market, Executive solutions teams and our partners to build executive enablement programs focused on supporting Meta's largest strategic partners in Europe, MIddle East and Africa and driving joint commercialisation.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and broaden datasets to measure the effectiveness of training programs and their delivery mediums. Regularly evaluate training outcomes and adjust content and delivery methods based on feedback, performance data, and business needs.
- Stay current with industry trends, eco system commercialisation trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to continuously improve training content and methodologies.
- Partner with global and regional marketing, product, and sales teams to align training programs with new product launches, updates, and go-to-market strategies. Ensure seamless integration of training initiatives with broader sales and business objectives.
- Partner with In-Market teams to support regionalisation efforts for GTM motions and product launches.
- Provide regular reports on training activities, participant engagement, and outcomes to Meta leadership teams.
- Contribute to the design and execution of engaging Meta led events to facilitate 1:many activations for our partners.
- Support development of an enablement community for Meta's eco-system of partners
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial sales within a customer facing training or development role.
- Demonstrable experience in presentation and written/listening skills with customers and partners with experience presenting to and influencing large audiences and executive teams.
- Experience developing and delivering multi-region metric driven scaled programs.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering training and enablement programs.
- Proven experience running large global projects
- Demonstrable understanding of sales processes, GTM methodology, particularly in a partner first sales strategy.
- Experience in technology or hardware sales.
- Category knowledge in AR and MR fields.
- Experience in education sector sales.
- Proficiency in immersive training techniques.
- Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
