You will work closely with display silicon architecture, display pipeline engineers, the visual quality team and all other cross functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality display systems that meet our product requirements. You will be part of an innovative team working on AR wearable products.

Display Electrical Engineering Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of display electrical engineers in the design, development, and implementation of display electrical systems for AR products.
- Define the end to end display panel architecture and incorporate the requirements meeting PRD across power, size, performance, and cost attributes.
- Lead display module bring-up, testing, validation, verification, and debug for any display electrical related issues
- Lead the design of of PCBs, rigid and flexible boards, identify and mitigate display EE related failures
- Prototype solutions using simulators, FPGAs, and non-form-factor modules to gather data and create an understanding surface predictive of final design performance.
- Support image algorithm development and calibration strategy in partnership with other display pillar leads, including design for manufacturing to close loop on algorithms and product performance.
- Work across organizations in defining the roadmap and long-term platform development strategy for display technology, taking into account desired image processing approaches, light source and modulation technologies, outcoupling strategies, and combiner implementations.
- Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a people manager, with a proven track record of developing teams and driving quality work with seamless execution
- 10+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry, with a focus on electrical system, electron to photon conversion, optical systems and system integration design
- Practical experience of understanding of the front-end analog/digital design flow: RTL design, logic synthesis, timing verification.
- Experience on module PCB/flex design, various high-speed electrical interfaces standards including MIPI and eDP protocol design/testing/implementation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with external JDM, ODM, and CM partners
- Demonstrate experience of effectively managing and prioritizing multiple projects and tasks.
- Proven track record of success in communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated experience of working in a fast moving environment and adapt to changing priorities
- PhD degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in people management experience, including years of experience as a manager of managers.
- 10+ years of experience in display electrical engineering, with a focus on consumer electronics or AR/VR products.
- In-depth understanding of display technologies and display module, display panel, and display IC design
- Experience for AR/VR/MR products in HMD or other formats.
- Experience in design and architect ASIC for microelectronics application
- Familiar with image processing IP design, Practical experience of understanding of pixel pipeline
- Direct working experience with display vendors
