This Director, Business Lead for the newly formed Business AI Product Group at Meta as it seeks to build cutting-edge AI products that are accessible to every business around the globe. This role is crucial for aligning product initiatives, streamlining delivery, and ensuring that the organization's goals are translated into actionable plans across all functions, including all Product functions, Engineering, Product, Design, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Corporate Development and Operations, serving as a bridge between leadership and execution. As Business Lead reporting to the Head of Business AI, you will oversee B2B product and GTM operations, build efficiency where needed, and bring thought leadership, deep insights, and strategic thinking to the role while partnering successfully with leaders on the team. The ideal candidate has equal product, technical and business depth to serve as an effective "air traffic controller"- able to tackle a wide variety of data, challenges, and situations to help the organization embrace B2B practices and ensure their leads can focus on the most important work without distractions. Examples include preparing product and business reviews and identifying and addressing operational issues as well as market challenges and opportunities.

Director, Product Management (Business Lead), Business AI Responsibilities:
  • Translate Business AI vision into an executable product and business strategy while enabling cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan.
  • Assessing and prioritizing requests for executive reviews, and providing pre- and post-review coaching and feedback to teams.
  • Manage business reviews (i.e. weekly/monthly business reviews, functional reviews, and other key meetings), staff meetings, and all hands meetings.
  • Lead review of dashboards and reports for stakeholder and team members to drive transparency and track improvement. Proactively identify issues and needs, escalate as needed, and devise processes to resolve.
  • Act as an agent for B2B best practices with agility, adaptability, and flexibility. Embrace change and welcome different viewpoints to solve problems.
  • Ensure that teams are making progress and correctly prioritizing their follow-up action items.
  • Coordinate working groups for areas of ownership we need to establish but that cut across organizational lines. At times you may be specifically tasked to own a workstream, or deep dive into different parts of the organization.
  • Lead org-wide projects to create business value, aligning multiple stakeholders across Meta, including various Product teams, Go-to-Market, Finance, Operations, Research, and Family of Apps.
  • Leverage cross-functional relationships to drive company-wide B2B product and GTM decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B business strategy at leading SaaS companies and strategy consulting or investment banking leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills.
  • AI product depth, AI market and business acumen. Experience in engineering, strategy, and product management desired.
  • Experience influencing and building alignment with senior management through problem-solving, analytical skills and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and experience developing effective relationships with peers, senior management, customers, and partners.
  • Experience driving change and improving end-to-end processes.
  • Experience flourishing in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity.
  • Experience building and leading GTM for AI agents.

$249,000/year to $323,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
