Director of Product Marketing, Wearables Software

San Mateo, CA

At Meta Reality Labs, we build tools that help people feel connected anytime, anywhere. We're on a mission to build the next computing platform by putting people at the center of emerging hardware and software technologies, whether on the go with wearables and augmented reality, in the home or at work, or fully immersed in alternate virtual reality worlds. The Meta Reality Labs Product Marketing organization leads inbound product marketing, product launch strategy, and in-market business growth. The Product Marketing team influences early stage product development and roadmaps, creates go-to-market plans, supports in-market growth of the ecosystem, and provides direction for future investments. Our Wearables teams at Meta Reality Labs are building products to enable people to be more present, connected, and empowered in the world. The portfolio includes both displayless and display-powered AR glasses, other form factors (e.g., wrist), as well as the software experiences that power them including novel applications of AI (e.g., multi modal AI). We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Director to build and lead a team of product marketers working on consumer experiences for emerging products for AR at Facebook. This person will be responsible for influencing early stage product development and leading go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will be able to earn the trust of executive leadership and cross-functional partners in Product Management, Marketing, Sales, PR, and other teams. The ability to build a high performing team and go-to-market strategy from the ground up for early stage nascent products will be key, as will your leadership contributions to build a healthy, resilient product marketing organization within the AR PMM organization.
