Director, Marketing Science, Global Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of measurement professionals across geographies, identifying opportunities for growth, building a leadership bench, and nurturing future leaders.
- Represent the Marketing Science team internally and externally, collaborating with cross-functional teams and showcasing expertise at industry events.
- Manage complex client relationships across industries, client groups, and brands, driving measurement objectives and developing strategic partnerships with key sales leadership partners.
- Push clients to measure true business value by building and operationalizing "learning agendas" that highlight opportunities for improvement through better measurement techniques.
- Drive client adoption of preferred measurement methodologies, products, and approaches, leading to business growth and industry-wide impact.
- Develop strategies for leveraging consumer and advertising insights to optimize marketing spend.
- Conduct in-depth ad effectiveness studies to inform marketing strategies, communicate complex research results to diverse audiences, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams to identify opportunities for innovation.
- 18+ years of experience and expertise in advertising measurement methods and technologies
- Demonstrated leadership skills at an industry level and with clients
- Experience leading leaders across multiple geographies, with team management credentials
- Advanced quantitative skills, with a working knowledge of statistics and financial or statistical analysis
- Experience communicating technical content to general audiences, effectively at all levels of a client organization
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field or MBA preferred
