We are seeking a detail-oriented Direct-to-Consumer Operations Specialist with a focus on vendor services to support the daily operations of business. This role will contribute to business growth by managing relationships with key e-commerce and affiliate sales partners. This role will be part of the DTC Operations team.
Direct To Consumer Operations Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage and support daily operations of the e-commerce platform with a focus on vendor services
- Manage the budgeting, invoicing, and contract renewal processes for vendors, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions, and maintaining relationships with external partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, product management, and engineering to ensure alignment and effective communication with vendors
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in vendor interactions
- Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining a high-quality customer experience
- Work with the data analytics team to track key performance indicators related to vendor services
- Participate in fostering operational rigor, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement in vendor management

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or related experience
- 3+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer partnerships or marketing, with specific experience in managing e-commerce and affiliates
- Experience in improving operational efficiency and customer experience through effective vendor management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated communication skills
- Experience with adapting to changing priorities

$105,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
