Meta Reality Labs (RL) is seeking an experienced Developer Ecosystem Rewards Strategy Manager for the Quest and Horizon Worlds platforms. As a member of the Developer Ecosystem Success Team, you'll inspire 3rd-party developers and creators to adopt Horizon OS and Horizon Worlds technologies, ship compelling experiences and find success through a robust rewards and incentive strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow and support developers and creators while directly impacting the quality of apps and Horizon Worlds enjoyed by Quest users.You are a growth strategy expert with extensive professional experience leading rewards-focused programs. In this position, you will direct the rewards strategy implemented across the Developer Ecosystem Success team for 3P unmanaged developer and creator programs teams focused on growth and retention efforts, targeted at developers with a view to channel the highest value developers to become Quest developers. You will be responsible for our rewards strategy across the largest incentive driven moments, our bonus payouts and smaller regional rewards. You will use data to shape strategies, quantify new opportunities, identify upcoming dependencies and ensure the incentives we develop bring value to builders, users and the ecosystem at large. You possess a passion for immersive technologies and have experience building developer ecosystems. You have experience working with complex data from defining desired metrics to parsing through large, ambiguous data sets to perform analysis. You have a proven track record of successful communication and people skills, since you'll be collaborating cross-functionally within RL and working side by side with developers every day. You won't simply present data, but tell data-driven stories. You will convince and influence product and program leads using clear insights and recommendations. You'll build credibility through structure and clarity, and be a trusted strategic partner

Developer Ecosystem Rewards Strategy Manager Responsibilities:
- Design and develop builder ecosystem programs rewards and incentive strategies to accelerate success of emerging app and World builders at scale, defining priorities and building systems to track and report progress.
- Manage a global scaled incentive and rewards program creating efficiencies, repeatable processes and ultimate driving performance growth for our builders.
- Build analytical framework to facilitate product strategies and prioritizations.
- Engage with several internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new programs, features and builder experiences across markets and functional areas.
- Develop comprehensive strategies to support the launch of our products in new geographies and verticals
- Provide critical support on unplanned high-priority projects, working through ambiguity to create structure and execution plans in a time-sensitive environment
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends in target markets
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify effectiveness of incentive and reward programs
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders supporting the success of the builder programs to ensure tight alignment of strategy and execution
- Build strategic capabilities (e.g., data-driven processes, frameworks, analytical tools, etc.) to identify and prioritize aligned rewards and incentives to core goals and initiatives
- Identify and resolve critical program risks, particularly with an eye toward external factors like industry trends and partners
- Lead work across teams to inform annual planning, investment strategy, prioritization, and other ongoing builder programs priorities
- 7 or more years of related experience working with digital creators, game developers, partner management or digital marketing programs
- 7 or more years leading teams of like skills in similar industry
- Fundamental understanding of modern app development and optimization.
- Proven experience in program development, growth management or related roles, with a track record of launching and scaling 0 to 1 initiatives
- Proven track record of delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Experience bringing a range of perspectives and personalities together
- Experience creating structure and execution plans from multiple sources of information in a time-sensitive environment
- Experience leading cross-functional efforts across competing priorities and constrained resources
- Proven communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
- Resourceful, action-orientated with experience to get things done independently and overcome obstacles by developing solutions to problems
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Knowledge of XR technologies and familiarity with the Quest platform
- Experience working closely with VR, MR or AR developer communities
- Experience working with large datasets
- Proven track record with high standards of professionalism
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven track record of developing effective working relationships inside and outside Meta
