Our Data Foundations Team is seeking a skilled Data Infrastructure Specialist to architect and build scalable infrastructure and tools that will inform decision-making in the Global Partnerships & Content organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs, provide direction on data requirements for insights and applications, and develop analytics pipelines and automations that will transform our business practices. As a key technical leader you will also provide strategic technical guidance on our data management and architecture strategy, directly contributing to the development of data marts across business processes.

Data Infrastructure Specialist, Global Partnerships & Content Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, insights and engineering partners across Meta's product family to understand and decompose business requirements into strategic architecture, data models and technical solutions for business applications
- Directly contribute to the development of our data warehouse/data-mart through data management, data architecture, and data governance best practices and thought leadership
- Define and manage SLAs for data sets
- Design, develop, and influence the consumption of complex data models to support multiple use cases across different products or domains
- Design, develop, and optimize pipelines, dashboards, frameworks, and systems based across different business units (e.g., data quality, metadata management)
- Work collaboratively in a relationship-oriented, matrixed, fluid, growing and complex environment and manage stakeholder relationships and influence engineering teams
- 7+ years experience in technical analytics role gathering and decomposing requirements into a technical solution for insights and analysis as a primary job function
- 7+ years of experience following the data development lifecycle to develop scalable data infrastructure and analytics tools and architecture
- 7+ years of experience in custom ETL/ELT design, implementation, and maintenance as a primary job function
- Hands-on experience with SQL for development (Oracle, Hive, MySQL, Spark, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with building dimensional models/data modeling and data platforms for business insights
- Experience leading projects with cross-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
- Experience with media, music, or entertainment industry
- Experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools
- Experience with Experience developing data pipelines using scripting, dbt, Airflow, or similar tools
- Experience managing and optimizing big data

$150,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
