Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our software operates to meet the demands of our customers. The Facility Operations Asset Management & Reliability team supports our data centers by developing standardized processes and procedures, including a global assessment management system, to ensure maximum readiness of equipment and operating systems. The ideal candidate for this role will need to be experienced in asset lifecycle management, program management, and leading complex programs with cross-functional teams.
Data Center Facility Operations Asset Lifecycle Program Lead Responsibilities:
- Leads the development, improvement, and implementation of cross-functional programs and processes related to asset lifecycle management
- As a program lead, be the primary driver of the lifecycle management processes for critical infrastructure to plan, develop and execute lifecycle refurbishment projects
- Support long-range planning for our data centers by identifying and addressing equipment end-of-life driven by aging, obsolescence, or business needs
- Work with sourcing/contracting teams to develop relationships with OEMs to help identify risks to critical equipment due to obsolescence
- Develop processes for major equipment condition and risk assessment
- Analyze operational and maintenance experience to identify long-term risks to critical infrastructure and develop scalable solutions
- In collaboration with cross-functional data center teams, support efficient planning of lifecycle maintenance activities and projects that require equipment shutdowns to minimize impact on redundancy and availability
- Ensure consistency and use of best practices across data centers using global standards and processes in various aspects of lifecycle planning
- Work with engineering and project management teams to ensure LCM projects are developed and executed in a consistent manner across our data centers
- Provide timely communications with cross-functional partners at DC sites and global teams to share lessons learned
- Support capital planning processes by providing timely and accurate inputs regarding infrastructure refurbishment projects
- Support and drive the development and improvement of applicable global standards
- Approximately 25% travel required

- 10+ years of experience in asset management of infrastructure
- Experience in leading complex programs and work with cross-functional teams with minimal direction
- Track record of thinking strategically and executing tactically
- Experience in program management and deployment
- Experience supporting site teams in a responsive and resourceful manner
- Experience providing solutions to large-scale projects
- Experience communicating effectively
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical or industrial) or construction management
- Advanced degree or certification in engineering/project management
- Experience supporting or leading planning and development of capital refurbishment projects for a large fleet of facilities
- Experience in managing process and program deployment across multiple facilities and stakeholders
- Experience in interfacing with cross-functional teams for mission critical facility operations, particularly in engineering, project management, shutdown planning and CapEx forecasting

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
