Creative Marketing Analyst, Reality Labs

The Direct Response Marketing team for Meta's Reality Labs division runs digital advertising campaigns to drive sales and retention for the Reality Labs product suite of Meta Quest, Ray-Ban Meta, Horizon, and other software offerings globally. The team is looking for a creative manager to help define creative strategy and day to day tactical execution across multiple internal and external partners & teams. This role will be responsible for making sure the Direct Response Marketing team consistently has strong creative, always-on strategic testing roadmaps, and consistently disseminates performance insights to relevant stakeholders. This role will play a significant part in driving the overall creative strategy across the entire Reality Labs program.

Creative Marketing Analyst, Reality Labs Responsibilities:
  • Help shape and execute the short- and long-term creative strategy for the Reality Labs program by representing the Direct Response Marketing team while collaborating with Creative, Program, Integrated Marketing, and Media teams
  • Develop executional testing roadmaps and coordinate test plans with media agency partners
  • ensuring creative learnings are clearly communicated to all stakeholders and embedded within future creative development
  • Develop data-driven creative recommendations within fast-paced work streams that ladder to overarching creative strategy
  • Proactively identify, propose, and implement initiatives that improve the team's processes, tools, infrastructure, and workflows
  • Own Direct Response Marketing input for multiple creative projects across products by defining campaign needs, strategy, and learning agendas, while providing data-backed insights and recommendations for Creative cross-functional teams and agency partners responsible for creative development
  • Build and manage relationships with cross-functional team members both internally and externally across a wide variety of disciplines (Marketing, Creative, Program, Product, and Data Science) to ensure successful campaign outcomes
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of creative management experience
  • 4+ years of experience building creative for digital ad campaigns especially for Meta Platforms, Google, and Amazon
  • Proven aptitude to drive global projects across multiple cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
  • Communication and relationship building skills to work effectively across multiple cross-functional external and internal teams including brand & performance marketing, product and data science
  • Organization skills with the aptitude to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities
  • Confident working with data and experience with taking an analytical approach across the digital ads creative process
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing media planning and buying for digital ad campaigns
  • SQL skills

$96,000/year to $143,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
