The Reality Labs Developer Success team plays a critical role in connecting Mixed Reality developers with consumers looking for innovative and immersive experiences. As the popularity of the Meta's Horizon platform continues to grow, we are seeking individuals with experience of setting and meeting ambitious targets to join our team and help scale our Integrity review operations. We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join us in this exciting journey. This individual contributor will collaborate closely with Policy Operations & Vendor Operations Managers to define & implement a data-driven continuous improvement strategy.

Continuous Improvement Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an operations maturity framework to elevate integrity operations, ensuring a robust scaled app review system.
  • Leverage advanced SQL and data analytics to perform in-depth analyses focused on operational improvements, including review quality, service level agreements (SLA), and platform integrity metrics.
  • Leverage data to improve decisions and drive actions by creating business stories that are clearly and concisely communicated through a wide range of relevant communication and presentation tools and techniques.
  • Foster a continuous improvement approach across the team by promoting an analytically problem-solving approach.
  • Design and establish new measurement systems to track and enhance review quality and other key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to devise strategies for the seamless integration of human review processes with automated detection systems.
  • Partner with internal human review tooling teams to drive enhancements and improvements in review tools.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in integrity operations, program management, internet technology or management consulting.
  • Experience in scaling integrity operations within a scaled app store or content platform environment.
  • Advanced SQL and data analytics experience, with experience leveraging these skills for operational insights.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with internal tooling teams and detection engineering groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field highly preferred, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Computer Science.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience, with a commitment to fostering continuous improvement.
  • Experience in the technology industry, specifically in app review or trust and safety operations at scale within major app or content platforms, with direct exposure to industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing measurement systems to enhance review quality and operational metrics.

$129,000/year to $185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
