- Manage a team that delivers on multiple projects or programs across regions or business groups.
- Coach team members to increase their impact, develop their strengths and grow their careers.
- Ensure your team builds high-quality products with an attention to Design craft as well as usability.
- Build the teams and skills necessary for long-term growth, both within and outside the organization.
- Design content and information for experiences (products, technologies) that serve businesses across the world.
- Develop lightweight, repeatable processes, workflows and content templates that keep the team nimble and successful in so that they can move fast and iterate quickly.
- Consider varying degrees of sophistication and data and digital literacy, so that people comprehend the core concepts and act confidently.
- Share your own work and give feedback to teammates in a variety of settings.
- Influence stakeholders to invest in product strategies and experiences that will help businesses be most successful on Meta platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ of years experience in content design or a related field
- 5+ years of experience directly managing, coaching and developing full-time employees
- Experience building teams over time through hiring, growing, and retaining high-performing employees
- Experience building products for businesses
- Experience establishing and/or growing a content design team, or equivalent, within an established organization
- Experience influencing product strategy with cross-functional partners

$174,000/year to $238,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
