We are looking for a Community Manager to drive Community Management for major brands under the Meta Product Pillar. This role will be responsible for the operations of the Community Management Program across the Product Pillar's Social Channels. This will be done in close partnership with our Community Manager for Brand Social, the Product pillar Social Marketing Managers and dedicated Community Managers to these brands. This role is responsible for the overall strategy of the discipline and taking ownership of operational elements that keep the Community Management team running smoothly. This role operates horizontally and is critical to the success of our Product Social programs. This role will also work cross functionally with stakeholders throughout the Communications organization. Our ideal candidate would possess equal parts operational excellence and strategic community building prowess.

Community Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead Community Management strategy to support goals and drive key performance indicators ensuring that the execution of Community Management drives against identified goals
- Work cross functionally to build community management strategies that support key brand moments
- Drive strategies around how our brands show up in this space while being a champion of the community ensuring that our strategies are protected and promoted
- Partner with Social Marketing, Community Managers, Brand Marketing, Insights, Analytics, Communications and Media Delivery teams to ensure all initiatives are grounded in a solid base of community understanding and structured to deliver data-driven results
- Manage Product Social pillar within the Community Management team using data to identify insights and build compelling strategies for our community content and brand
- Participates in agency scoping conversations and manages monthly output ensuring efficient and effective use of agency resources
- 5+ years of Community Management experience for large brands on Social
- An understanding and appreciation of Meta's Communities and excels at landing key messages in social
- Experience driving Community Management strategies and a track record of being on the cutting edge of innovation in this strategic space
- Copywriting and copy editing experience
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Proficient knowledge of social platforms and how they differ from one another, the communities they attract, and how to use them efficiently
- Experience with project management and proven time-management and organizational skills
- Available during off-hours and weekends for escalations
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
- Enjoys presenting to leadership in an eloquent and succinct manner
- Experience in social listening, building social performance recaps and community management by translating efforts into key performance indicators for the business
- Experience managing or mentoring Community Managers
- Proficiency in Sprinklr and Brandwatch
- Experience with crisis management and crisis response
