As a member of the Accessibility and Engagement Team, the Community Engagement Manager (CEM) will help to create positive employee experiences for all employees that join our Employee Resource Groups (Meta Resource Groups). You will develop strategies and lead programming that fosters community and strengthens connections. We are seeking a team-oriented and skilled practitioner with demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and executing programs and events as well as managing operational efficiencies across processes that govern how our Meta Resource Groups function and drive impact. You will collaborate with leaders at all levels and cross-functional partners (e.g., Internal Communications, Legal, Public Policy, HR and facilities at multiple locations) move fast, navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, resolve conflict and collectively make an impact.

Community Engagement Manager Responsibilities:
- Leads and executes heritage month strategy for several communities, in partnership with MRG Leaders and planning teams.
- Provide advisory and consultative support to site cross-functional stakeholders at the chapter level for heritage month activations, community fairs that involve MRGs and other chapter engagements during moments that matter.
- Consults on and influences MRG roadmapping, strategy and overall MRG health for their respective communities, leveraging data (where available - e.g., MRG program surveys, feedback from community members, annual MRG sentiment survey, etc.,) to help inform direction of travel
- Coaches and develops MRG Leaders in a variety of areas to increase MRG Leader effectiveness: (Influencing without authority, budget management, company policy and process adherence, conflict resolution, optimizing Exec Sponsor engagement, etc.,)
- Leads recruitment, selection and interviewing of MRG Regional Leadership Teams
- Builds out end to end processes and determining efficiency gains across MRG space
- Serves as trusted advisor to the MRG Leaders and Exec Sponsors (e.g., escalating issues to Exec Sponsors, leaning in with the community to stay connected to the experiences of the community)
- Drives operational rigor across core, common, and consistent processes to ensure teams' capability to drive results and seamlessly support global communities
- Leverages program & change management methodologies and principles to ensure flawless execution of top programmatic shifts that impact MRGs
- Establishes approach to measuring quantitative and qualitative impact of MRG programming and initiatives
- 10+ years of corporate business experience in human resources, employee engagement, diversity or equivalent experience
- Experience influencing and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
- Experience with project management, strategic operations, and change management
- 5+ years of experience managing Employee Resource Groups
- Effective problem solving skills
- Experience in the Technology Industry
- Experience working across LATAM with proficiency in Portuguese
- Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale

$144,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
