The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who partners with our Omnichannel Retail clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. The role is responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships, providing business insights, driving revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach.To excel in this role, you should possess a passion for Meta and the overall marketing ecosystem, along with consultative sales skills and a focus on client service. Developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients, providing consultative sales support, and delivering exceptional client service are key aspects of this role.You will join a team that is working with some of Meta's most important clients in the DACH region. This position can be located in either Hamburg or Berlin.

Client Solutions Manager, Omnichannel Retail Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded in achieving measurable business results for our retail industry partners
- Use data and insights to guide solutions that align with clients' marketing objectives, advising on media, measurement, and creation strategies to deliver against specific client goals.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, agencies and partners
- Educate clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnerships.
- Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and managing complex workstreams
- Identify optimization opportunities for improving campaign performance
- Oversee internal account operations (e.g. revenue delivery, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
- Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
- Demonstrated experience working directly with top clients and demonstrated industry experience in marketing, media, or consulting companies
- Consistency in serving as a trusted consultant to partners, establishing meaningful relationships, and driving clients to action
- Demonstrated experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels and delivering actionable insights
- Comprehensive understanding of full funnel marketing & Meta solutions
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and with multiple layers within the organization (internally and externally)
- Proven experience of finding solutions to complex issues, embracing ambiguity and driving impact
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills at all levels, including external speaker events
- Fluency in English & German
