The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) for Meta's Global Business Group is a solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. The CSM will work with global Auto clients and is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, creating scaled ROI-positive marketing strategies, and driving satisfaction in innovative ways. This is an opportunity to build and manage global client relationships, be a platform and product expert and become an expert in media planning, strategy and measurement to our Automotive advertisers. The CSM will establish and strengthen key auto client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction.With proven understanding of marketing across the funnel. Client Solutions Manager - Nordics Responsibilities:
- Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
- Manage marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners
- Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
- Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta to achieve client's marketing objectives
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, agency partners (media, creative partners, marketing partners for example)
- Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals
- Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and experience from managing complex workstreams
- Management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
- Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development
- Experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies
- Understanding of customer marketing funnel and performance online marketing ecosystem
- Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
- Experience working with Excel and delivering actionable insights
- Proven experience from acting as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and with multiple layers within the organization (internally and externally)
- Leading multiple and cross functional projects while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience as a Meta user and knowledge of Meta's ad products
- Ad tech, working with data, knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages a plus
- Experience working with or at high growth companies
