We are seeking a versatile and analytical Client Solutions Manager to join our DACH Industries team, covering Automotive, Travel, Tech, Media & Finance verticals. As a CSM, you will build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert across the full marketing funnel, and lead media planning, strategy, and measurement for top clients in the DACH Industries portfolio. This position is a 24 months contract.
Client Solutions Manager, Industries (STE, 24 Months) Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, with a focus on driving revenue and year on year growth.
- Build and manage relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals and challenges by using data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectives
- Drive product and best-practice adoption across the portfolio
- Analyse data to identify trends to enhance our customer support processes and improve team efficiency
- Work and collaborate with a broad group of internal cross-functional teams, managing complex workstreams
- Drive product innovation with internal teams & partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clients
- Manage internal account operations (delivery, troubleshooting, optimization opportunities)
- Articulate complex data stories, in simple language to customers via day to day communications and regular presentation

- Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set

- Customer management experience
- Demonstrated experience to communicate, collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
- Demonstrated experience to effectively prioritise tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations

- Previous experience in customer sales, account management sales support, or consulting
- Advanced data skills
- German language (business level)
