The role requires deep relationships with day to day and clients as well as strategic internal relationships with cross-functional partners in measurement, creative, engineering, marketing and product. Client Solutions Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive transformational client growth
- Lead external client education and consultations for existing best practices and future product solutions (in partnership with teams like Product, Marketing Science, Creative Shop, Engineering and beyond)
- Craft data-driven narratives and recommendations to drive incremental revenue using custom analyses, effective communication, and persuasive presentation skills
- Media planning, strategy & measurement, and optimization - outlines measurement solutions and appropriate campaign structures across desktop and mobile based upon key KPI's
- Analyze ad performance data to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations. Platform & product Expert - articulate and update clients on Meta product and developments
- Project management - manage complex work streams to optimize marketing objectives for clients
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy and consulting roles
- Expertise analyzing data from a variety of different sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting the data in a clear and concise manner, and developing actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization
- Interest in working with a team and eagerness to take on various roles in support of the broader team's goals
- Fluency in Korean & English is required as this role will collaborate with external stakeholders whose usual business language is Korean and English
- Knowledge of basic business accounting, finance, and statistics
