As Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in developing collaboration with external clients and agency partners selling through a shared strategic vision and the experience to rally your internal team and cross functional partners in measurement, creativity, engineering, marketing and product to solve for business challenges and find opportunities.With a demonstrated experience in understanding of the holistic customer journey, this role will be expected to problem-solve and lead complex, undefined work-streams and opportunities, as well as influence multiple stakeholders, corporations and matrix organizations with an entrepreneurial mindset. Success in this position will consist of driving meaningful revenue growth, influencing C-Levels, selling with a consultative approach, driving technical implementations, leading critical internal work streams and thriving in a dynamic environment.This position is based in our Madrid office, travel may be required based on client locations and needs. to problem solve with limited oversight, using a growth mindset

Client Partner, Retail Responsibilities:
- Set the strategy, accurately forecast, and deliver impact across your portfolio of advertisers
- Strengthen C-level relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education and advertiser satisfaction
- Develop and drive strategic account plans and workstreams for business evolution and growth using data backed insights and platform understanding
- Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall vertical and team goals
- Proven track record of success in managing your book of business
- Accurately and effectively manage sales pipeline in order to prioritize business opportunities and resources, predict future sales revenue and share of wallet by analysing the pipeline, external market conditions, client budgets and annual plans
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the capacity to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
- Activate cross-functional teams internally to meet your clients' business objectives
- Anticipate industry, consumer, and partner-specific trends to influence Meta's future business strategies
- Lead initiatives that scale beyond your direct team to support other verticals and regions globally
- Create and deliver consultative and persuasive sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends and Meta marketing solutions. Crafts & delivers data-driven narratives that rallies stakeholders towards a common plan & goal
- Exhibit executive presence and confidence in presenting Meta to C-suite executives
- Serve as an industry thought leader in order to drive vertical and client success leveraging Meta's ongoing product and technology developments
- Organize and participate in events and programs designed to attract Retailers in the use of to our advertising platform.
- 10+ years of experience working in sales, advertising, digital media and Retail
- Proven track record of success in communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization
- Business & Financial Acumen: understand the client's business, industry, competition, company priorities and marketing budget, define success metrics and set goals for joint partnership objectives
- Influence, internal & external: experience collaborating, communicating and influencing a diverse set of cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills, experienced in crafting and delivering powerful stories using data
- Design, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex relationships
- Proven track record in thriving in a collaborative, fast-moving and ambiguous environment
- Proven experience in business development or ecosystem management roles within the Retail industry.
- Fluency in Spanish and English
