Meta is seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to help build and deliver advertising solutions to ecommerce clients in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). You will contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid growth. We are looking for a professional with experience in building long term partnerships with businesses directly. This role will require a self-starter who can not only build strategic relationships, but also create and execute a business plan and operate successfully within Meta's rapidly evolving product landscape. Ideal candidates will have practical experience in a sales environment, in building digital solutions for performance marketing partners.

  • Foster and strengthen founder level customer relationships, with a laser focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Define Meta's role of channel within a competitive media landscape.
  • Formulate and deliver account and sub-vertical plans, while accurately reporting results, insights, revenue and impact across a portfolio of existing clients.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the experience to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Identify and effectively communicate industry, consumer, and partner-specific trends to influence Meta's future business strategies.
  • Activate and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet clients' business objectives.
  • Take the lead on strategic and tactical initiatives that scale across other industry's and regions globally.
  • Serve as the escalation point for client-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Capacity to represent Meta at company, client and industry events.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience working within performance marketing, digital media, or relevant industries.
  • Sales experience within the ecommerce industries, and an established network of C level contacts.
  • Experience generating revenue growth within a complex, demanding portfolio of accounts.
  • Critical thinking skills, with the experience to arrive at solutions in a structured manner.
  • Analytical skills, with the experience to design and deliver powerful stories using data.
  • Experience communicating and presenting effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience structuring, negotiating, and maintaining complex strategic relationships that deliver revenue growth.
  • Experience thriving in a dynamic, collaborative, fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Modern performance marketing background (including immediate and delayed return tactics).
  • Measurement understanding, including attribution, incrementality and A/B testing.
  • BA/BS Degree
