The Operations Coordinator will play an exciting and important role in the overall daily execution of RL consumer electronics products in support of our channel partners. The Coordinator will report into the regional Channel Operations Manager and will support the order to cash activities, reporting, and other initiatives or project assignments as required. This position will have the opportunity to work with cross functional teams spanning across sales, logistics, planning, finance, partners such as distributors, retailers and Meta's 3rd party logistics providers.

Channel Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate purchase order entry into our systems and resolve any order processing delays (i.e. approvals, data transmission errors, etc.)
  • Ensure timely and accurate allocation and CPFR sell in plans are loaded in our tools
  • Communicate order status, ETAs and tracking information to partners and internal teams
  • Monitor Distribution partners, tier 2 Retailers and internal DC inventory health.
  • Accountability for oversight of RMA processing by RMA coordinator and confirm validity of returned goods with 3rd party fulfillment partner
  • Sense and respond to sell-in , sell-out, and sell through to ensure optimal supply availability throughout the channel
  • Work with 3rd party fulfillment provider to assist in resolving operational process or transactional issues as required
  • Liaise with Finance on order approvals, customer deductions, stock rotations, returns, and delivery confirmations
  • Provide project support and assistance as required
  • Perform system and physical inventory reconciliation as required
  • Collaborate closely on account management with Channel Operations CPFR planners

  • 2+ years directly supporting Retail, Carrier and/or Enterprise Partners, including commercial terms, SLA's, order and inventory management
  • Retail experience required, Enterprise or Telco/carrier experience highly desired
  • Analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting to a wide range of audiences e.g. engineering, technical operations, 3rd party vendors, etc.
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills to fulfill daily, weekly, monthly deliverables
  • Experience with using Oracle ERP, Excel, Tableau
  • Degree in Business or Supply chain related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficient in additional languages
  • Experience with order management in an ERP system, Oracle, SAP, Other.
  • Proven experience in handling changing priorities in a deadline focused environment and adapt to new internal tools and processes quickly
