Meta is seeking a proactive and hands-on hardware focused Channel Operations Account Manager to support our Retail responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration across various internal and external stakeholders to accurately forecast near-term account demand, manage account inventory levels, and coordinate replenishment schedules using data to drive decision making and optimizing for overall supply chain efficiency.
Channel Operations Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Conduct Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) to determine optimal inventory levels at each stage of the product life-cycle, including safety stock levels
- enhancing forecasting and inventory planning practices.
- Collaborate with cross functional partner partners to ensure consistency of information and standard methodologies, develop measurements for success, drive system adoption and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Gather and analyze sales data from various sources to create accurate near-term demand and order forecasts with input from key stakeholders. Analyze trends around demand and supply information available to the organization to influence category and global strategy.
- Track key metrics related to inventory levels, lead times, and customer service to evaluate the effectiveness of CPFR strategies
- Cultivate mutually durable relationships with internal sales and supply chain partners to facilitate open communication and data sharing.
- Monitoring sales trends, market conditions, and other relevant data to identify potential issues and adjust joint plans accordingly.
- Monitor the coordination of product orders to ensure timely deliveries and minimize stock-outs while balancing against corporate priorities of cost and account prioritization.
- Provide coaching and support to order operations coordinators as needed.

- 5+ years' experience in supply chain operations.
- Proven track record in improving In-stock and WOS metrics through building and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated effective communication and assertively with internal and external teams at all levels.
- Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills demonstrated through developing accurate plans that optimize trade-offs and outcomes
- Experience working in high-volume consumer electronics industry.
- Capacity to adapt to changes and ambiguity, while ensuring business continuity.
- Relevant analytical skills and interpersonal experience.
- Experience using Oracle Fusion, SAP or other ERP platforms for order fulfillment and inventory management
