Meta Reality Labs is seeking an experienced Business Process & Solutions Manager to join our Sales Operations Solutions team. We are dedicated to driving the design and program management of our Sales capability roadmap, enabling rapid business growth. We're looking for a candidate with proven experience in scoping, designing, and implementing business capabilities to unlock sales performance and enable data driven insights. You will have a demonstrated track record of solving problems, designing efficient and innovative solutions, and partnering across teams to drive change. This highly cross functional role works closely with business stakeholders within Consumer Sales and Channel Marketing as well as functional subject matter experts within engineering, product management, analytics, finance, strategy, operations, and planning to identify, prioritize, plan, design and deploy solutions.

Business Process and Solutions Manager Responsibilities:
- Planning: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, investigate requirements, and recommend projects for the RL sales capability roadmap. Assess impact, scope, resourcing, and timelines for effective roadmap planning.
- Solution Design: Design and enable capabilities by crafting innovative solutions, supported by robust business requirements and meticulous project and risk management.
- Communication and Collaboration: Drive communication with end-user stakeholders and functional teams critical to solution execution, including Solutions Architects, Analytics, Engineering, and Sales Enablement.
- Project Management: Maintain accurate and accessible project materials (discovery, requirements, user stories, testing scenarios) and provide regular progress updates.
- Adoption Support: Support the adoption of new solutions by collaborating with training teams, ensuring effective user enablement, accurate documentation, and handover to scale support teams.
- Experience: 6+ years in enterprise business strategy, finance, sales planning, or process optimization.
- Education: B.S. or M.S. in a business-related or quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or similar discipline).
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and efficiency improvements with a robust approach to project or program management across teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Consumer electronic sales, account management and retail processes, systems and tooling.
- Analytical Skills: Experience translating complex business needs into practical, durable, and adaptable solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in translating technical terminology in order to drive understanding and buy-in from a varied range of stakeholders
- Tools Proficiency: Experience working with Google Suite and Salesforce (or similar) tools.
- Experience leading collaboration with regional teams to align methodology, systems, and processes.
- Familiarity with consumer electronics, technology, and/or retail industries
- Experience building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization systems (Tableau or similar).

$126,000/year to $178,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
