As a Business Operations Lead in the Devices organization in Reality Labs, you'll manage business operations for the hardware organization that builds future generations of the Quest for VR and Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses. You'll work across the Devices organization, which consists of hardware product/ technology engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and operations. You'll partner with managers to help them grow, scale and run the business effectively, collaborating with Finance, HR, Engineering, Operations and program management functions. You'll support projects related to business operations, operational efficiency, planning initiatives and track progress to enable our teams to execute and innovate at speed. You'll proactively identify operational pain points and opportunities to improve our business processes. You'll engage stakeholders to design solutions and update our tools and operations for greater efficiency.

Business Operations Manager, Reality Labs, Devices Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize systems, process, tools and standards that improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive cross-functional org-wide initiatives such as headcount allocation and tracking, budget planning, organizational transformation projects, and more
- Provide hands-on program management support by developing project plans, tracking milestones, defining and monitoring KPIs and keeping stakeholders informed about project progress.
- Develop and manage communications including business updates for internal and external engagements.
- Support special projects focused on organizational initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to establish and execute new processes as needed by the business.
- Independent ownership of high-value programs and priorities that support the hardware organization
- Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and viable solutions across multiple teams and projects
- BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years experience in project management, strategy, management consulting, finance management, operations or related fields
- Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with business acumen
- Experience with communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders - drafting and creating clear meaningful content people connect with.
- Experience problem-solving individually and in a group setting
- Proven track-record of organizing, developing, and executing strategy projects that deliver results
- Experience partnering with cross-functional leadership to turn insights into actions
- Experience working with confidential information while maintaining discretion
- Experience managing ambiguity and adjusting to shifting priorities
- Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite, advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets
- MBA or equivalent experience.
- Consumer products experience in an engineering, financial, project management, or operational capacity

$145,000/year to $204,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
