Meta is seeking an exceptional individual to serve as a Business Messaging Specialist, for our strategic clients in APAC. If you are a highly motivated team player who has experience in enterprise sales, bringing complex product to market, driving and measuring customer success, has a bias for action and rolling up your sleeves to get things done, and wants to unlock the potential of Business Messaging, we would be excited to hear from you.This role will primarily focus in growing our Business Messaging Platform/Products which serve enterprise clients in the Greater China RegionThe ideal candidate will have enterprise experience, preferably in driving growth and consumption for SaaS solutions, especially in a revenue-oriented role. The role requires both building and delivering success with our key clients, by providing the right solutions based on business needs, joint planning, and driving execution through internal cross functional teams and external partners. The candidate will possess proven skills around Product Sales, Solutioning, and Customer Success, and can effectively influence and communicate with stakeholders across all levels. The candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment, working with the account owners, product, and engineering teams to develop new ways we can grow the Business Messaging adoption and improve the experience. This is a full-time position based in our Hong Kong office with some International travel expected.

Business Messaging Specialist Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Meta account teams to build relationships and trust with client stakeholders across business, technical, customer experience, marketing, and other relevant stakeholders, to gain mindshare on Meta Business Messaging in driving business results. Act as a trusted advisor to help the clients transform their business.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' business objectives and customer journey, and devise solutions based on in-depth solution knowledge of Meta's Business Messaging offerings. Leverage platform capabilities, as well as partners as relevant, to build solutions.
- Develop and present compelling value propositions, business cases, along with commercial structure, for clients to drive measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and develop strategic client plans to drive growth against goals, including by reviewing forecasts, assessing and mitigating risks, and removing blockers.
- Engage relevant support and engineering teams to address issues, determine the root cause of problems, remove blockers, and improve overall experience.
- Actively seek client feedback (both formal and informal) and understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction. Effectively communicate the feedback internally to identify feature gaps and improvement opportunities
- Build global learnings on best practices around product implementation and solutions success based on Client insights.
- 7+ years of enterprise sales and business experience
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems and. Proven experience to drive data-driven discussions and engage in complex product discussion.
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership
- Possess executive maturity, presence and experience in building trust with complex client stakeholders and articulating business value to key decision makers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English are required as this role will collaborate with external stakeholders whose usual business language is Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Industry knowledge and experience in Messaging space
- Experience with performance measurement in SaaS/CPaaS, CRM, Mar-Tech
