You will play a crucial role in driving global partnerships to support our cutting-edge AI products, shaping the future of AI, and empowering businesses to unblock their full potential. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic partnerships for an ecosystem that includes channel partners, startups, developers, and enterprises. You will be responsible for driving term sheet negotiations through product launches, managing relationships, and growing, measuring, and optimizing partnership success. You will provide ongoing support, resources, and feedback to ensure successful feature adoption and product market fit.

Business Development Manager, AI Partnerships Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, including developers, startups, and enterprises, that can help drive adoption, provide product feedback and establish a path to product-market fit within the developer community
- Manage relationships with channel partners, identifying priorities alongside Product and Engineering teams, and growing partnership success
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to negotiate deal terms, drive special projects, advocate internally for partners, and educate on industry trends
- Provide regular reports and updates on partnership activity and performance
- Capture feedback on adoption blockers, de-escalate issues, and develop targeted initiatives to address them
- Attend & speak at priority events, acting as a trusted advisor to partners
- Continually refine tools and systems that support the adoption process
- Dive into technical concepts and work alongside Solutions Architects and Partner Engineers to articulate how Llama can solve business problems
- 5+ years of experience in direct enterprise partnerships or customer success roles
- Experience in the Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning technology landscape
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings
- Experience driving partnerships or leading Go-To-Market initiatives for fast-paced, high-performing companies
- Experience presenting to and communicating with executives and leaders
- Analytical skills and experience interpreting sales data and metrics to drive informed decision-making
- Experience thriving in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience navigating cross-functional teams to achieve goals
- Experience in AI roles, either in partnerships, business development, product management, or product marketing
- Understanding of the cloud/distribution/hosting ecosystem
- Experience working with cloud service providers, large systems integrators, or on-premise solutions providers in an enterprise or business development context in the AI domain
- Knowledge of the broader AI policy and regulatory positions
