We are seeking an experienced Automation & Delivery Manager to drive last mile delivery for our paid messaging campaigns. In this role, you will execute tailored integrated marketing campaigns on salesforce and other martech platforms across channels especially WhatsApp Chat and Email. Automation & Delivery Manager, Business Messaging Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute automation projects within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to streamline marketing processes, ensuring best practices are implemented for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Implement advanced WhatsApp chat automation strategies to drive personalized customer engagement. Develop and optimize conversational workflows, including triggers, fallback messages, and API integrations to ensure seamless customer experiences. Leverage analytics from WhatsApp and messaging channels to refine content and improve engagement metrics.
  • Design and build splash and webinar pages optimized for lead generation and campaign success, ensuring technical compatibility across platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and technology teams, to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Work with tools like Salesforce CRM, Knack, and Highspot to optimize marketing workflows, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across systems.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, refining, and improving automation processes, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum ROI.
  • Oversee the creation, delivery, and management of content for in-app chats and messaging platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Analyze performance metrics across automation and messaging platforms, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and increase efficiency. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and apply best practices to improve marketing efforts.
  • Drive messaging channel strategies, particularly within WhatsApp, to support broader marketing objectives. This includes setting up messaging templates, handling regulatory requirements for WhatsApp Business APIs, and ensuring high delivery and engagement rates.

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing automation, project delivery, and content management.
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce CRM.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Knack, Highspot, and advanced knowledge of WhatsApp Business API, automation workflows, and messaging analytics.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects from conception to execution.
  • Previous operational and project management skills with track record to meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience of identifying new opportunities for the larger organization & influencing the appropriate people.
  • Experience in creating and managing content for in-app chats and messaging platforms.
  • Proven communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with email marketing, product, and design teams.

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
